Have a whale of a time with this practical course at a French “boulangerie” in a typical Parisian neighborhood! Discover how a French baker artisan prepares and shapes his traditional baguettes and croissants. This will be a great opportunity to get close to the baker and to better understand his work of art! All your senses will be tested, from the smell of fresh bread to the taste of crispy croissant!
In the backstage of the boulangerie, you will have the chance to keep tabs on all steps of manufacturing traditional baguettes thanks to Didier, a French baker artisan! In his family bakery, little details make huge differences. It is through baking secrets that give this bakery all its authenticity!
So, get ready to plunge your hands into flour! This can be a playful time to share with your kids. Indeed, you will be working on the puff pastry to give patterns to the desired croissant.
Learn how to make french Baguettes and Croissant in this immersive making class
You will get clued up about the technics to achieve a golden, crispy crust and a hot and melting mie! Then the baker will give you the duty to shape the dough to recreate French croissants and baguettes. You will also bake 3 types of baguette such as the classic baguette, the 'Parisse', and a reworked one that made the success of this lovely bakery based in Paris!

What is the minimum age to participate to this baking workshop?
Everyone 6 years old and up are welcome to join this baguette and croissant making class.
