Easter Chocolate Scavenger Hunt in Paris – Family Tour (Private)
Paris always offers opportunities for both culture buffs and sweet teeth. If having fun and chocolate is one of your Easter plans, this tour is ideal for your family. Specially designed to engage your children’s interest, this visit combines chocolate hunting and funny historical discoveries. Your guide is both a chocolate addict and an experienced historian. During this fun-packed treasure hunt, the young “hunters” will be rewarded with Easter chocolate bites (either hens, rabbits, or bells). A tour which sparks as many “how interesting” as it does “yummy” comments!
You will meet your guide at the heart of the so Parisian Saint-Germain-des-Prés district. Upon arrival, your children will learn the game rules: eyes peeled, pay attention to hidden small details along Paris streets and win Easter chocolates as soon as they solve a riddle. Simple and fair enough, no? And they don’t even need to eat all their booty, as we provide small bags to gather it.
Here we go! Your stroll around Saint-Germain-des-Prés church will allow evoking the history of an abbey, to spot the oldest coffee shop in Paris but also to explore a secret street and admire an 800-year-old stone tower.
At every stage of your scavenger hunt, your kids will have to find a hidden pattern in the surrounding cityscapes. Whether it’s in a building decoration, in a shop sign, or a Street Art work. Without being aware of it, they will pleasantly travel through Paris history and learn to decipher facades around them.
At the end of the stroll, their bag will be full of rewards gleaned thanks to their good answers. Then, up pops the supreme award, the ultimate treasure: your kids will make their own chocolate bar, personalized to their taste.
In Paris with Meet the Locals, Easter is definitely… sweeter! And if you are looking for a Chocolate adventure that is not centered on easter egg, have a look at our ultimate chocolate tour in family!
