We know that you’ve heard of French cuisine’s reputation, pastries in particular: macarons, tartelettes citron meringuée, éclairs au chocolat, and so on. It’s time now to lean how to make them!
Bobbidi bibbidi boo! Your good fairy named Anne will make all your sweet, chocolate, and fruity dreams realities! All you have to do is to book this French pastry workshop and you will be one patty away of your goal!
Our awesome chefs will welcome you in their fully equipped workshop, which will be the laboratory where you will create your pastries fantasy! She will share with you her expertise in pastry to help you build your knowledge. It’s well known that, we learn better by doing, that’s why each cook will have specific task to achieve the final result. The chef will give you guidance and tips on how to make a cream, to line a baking mold with a dough, and to properly separate egg’s whites. From A to Z, you will be the maker of a delightful recipe: macaroon, seasonal fruit tart or lemon custard pie, you will learn techniques and become a true pastry connoisseur!
After baking, time for savoring your hard work and enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee. Food orgasms sure-fire! You can also decide to have your creation for to go. The most difficult will be to choose which recipe you want to learn!

– macarons (2 flavors to choose: chocolate, vanilla, coffee, raspberries, pistachio, lemon, hazelnut, salted caramel)

Can we book more than 4 people?
Yes, the more the merrier! We can accommodate up to 7 people. Each additional person is charged €100.
Can I come even if I’m a perfect beginner in cooking?
Everybody is welcome! This workshop aims to give the bases of pastry with some techniques; you will be soon, able to make successful desserts.
Is this activity appropriate if I don’t eat gluten/lactose food?
If you’re allergic to any of those food items, we do not recommend this class.
Are children accepted to that French pastry class?
Children over 6 are very welcome! Anne’s laboratory if perfectly adapted for your family, as the kitchen table goes up and down to match their size! Isn’t it smart? Our Chefs are wonderful pedagogues.
What if we are more than 4 people?
Just advise us in your request form about the number of people in your party, as well as their category (adult or child), so we’ll be able to tell you about the extra fee per additional person.
