by training, Anne was a guide in the Louvre Museum, specialized in 15th-17th Flemish painting, which depicts a wide array of mouthwatering still-lives… Good food was already there… Then, she worked for 12 years in the graphics and communication department of a travel agency.
Then, pastry art
entered her life! Anne had a flair for this discipline, which requires both patience, passion and technique. She completed professional training at the internationally renowned Lenôtre School, aiming to become a trainer for other aficionados. Because, sharing is a true passion.
Art still matters
for Anne. She adores savoring a glass of champagne under the refined Art deco dome of a famous Parisian department store. She cherishes the traditional atmosphere of her charming workshop, ideally located right in the heart of Old Paris. The care she brings to elaborate her pastry creations falls within the realm of art. The French life art!
